L33 s2k looking for a new cam
High all!!!!! So here I am 2 years into my build and reconsidering my cam choice.
Current setup: stock bottom l33(except bearings and rod bolts), 799 ported and polished heads w/ 5 angle grind, Manley light weight valves, and the entire Comp cams LsR complimentary valve train components, ls7 lifters and Ti pushrods, ls2 intake mani, Nick Williams 92 tb, 1 7/8 shorty swap headers and dual 2" into single 3.5" exhaust.
Goals: currently spinning ~7k and want to stay up in that range, but my power doesn't come on until 5500.
Current plan was to go remote turbo, but with all the space in front of my motor will be building a single forward mount kit over the winter.
Current cam is a reverse split Comp 226/224 614/610 115
T56 car with 4.10 gears. . 62 final drive tyranny, this car is built mostly for track racing, but I do some roll 1/3 mile drag events.
