LQ4 rebuild suggestions

LQ4 rebuild suggestions My GM tech is rebuilding a used LQ4 6.0 motor for another customer which is going into an F-body. This is all I know at this time; any other questions I'll need to relay.
LQ4 6.0 motor out of a truck, bored .030 over, H1129CPA flat-top pistons included
No daily driver... weekend/drag play car, only straight line racing
came with 317 heads
Going into a Camaro RS frame
Power goal 550-600HP NA at the crank
Plan to add 100-125 nitrous shot
Considering e85, would it play nice with this build?
Not yet sure which tranny is in it, probably 4l60, can a 4l60 handle that power goal? 4l80?
Not sure what converter is currently in it
Looking for recommendations on the best bang for the buck cylinder heads and matched cam
Already proven combos preferred

The 4l60e can handle that power goal, but you'll end up with a transmission that cost more than your motor. The 4l80e can handle that stock however the drive train lost will be slightly higher. Speed-Pro Hypereutectic Pistons H1129CPA are going to throw in the towel sooner rather than later. Start with forge pistons if you're going to spray it, and find some ported 243's/799's to support your HP goal.
