Inquiring about pistons that are better for boost

Inquiring about pistons that are better for boost So in the next months imma start to gather parts for my 408 rebuild and im definitly going boosted.. so my questions are my pistons fine i have flat -4cc diamond pistons .. or should i go more down like -10 - 15 etc? Should i stay with diamond or go wiesco if it comes down to new pistons? I plan on pushin about 1krwhp ... should they be coated or what?
The -20cc Wiseco's are a great piston and very popular for Turbo builds. They include all rings. Upgraded wrist pins for sure IMO for that power.
But it also depends on what Fuel you're running, heads and CC's as well as Supercharged or Turbocharged.

PVD Piston Pins A "black diamond" PVD coated piston pin would be a good upgrade.
The LS-x pins are "short" (2.25") due to crankshaft Target Wheel placement.
Thus piston engagement is low for that design.
You should use a 2618 Alloy for the piston.
The C:R: you have now is most likely 12:1.
The stated above boost level, fuel, head cc's questions should be answered.
Though to make 1K-RWHP you would need 22.lbs + boost
