Bottom end/internal safe?

Just hit 400 wheel on a dynocom dyno a few weeks ago. Everything went great! Now im Installing on3 turbo kit with 70mm turbo and was wondering what kind of power id be making with a safe tune ... maybe only 5-6psi? (Stock bottom end. M6. Ls6 valve springs, hardened pushrods, 799 untouched heads and the small ls1 hotcam) Im not a number guy when it comes to horsepower on a dyno but with just a little boost, can it be driven safely on the weekends with some fun? (Also doesnt get used at the track)
