I say do a search for what you want... it's hard to gauge without knowing what goals you have for the car.

From your description, just about anything from the GM Hot Cam to the T-Rex would fit what you're looking for, so you need to narrow it down some.

That's a nearly impossible question to answer, it all depends on what you can "live" with, or want as far as power, etc. There's a ton of cams out there that would work for your setup, any Thunder Cam, any TSP cam, any MTI cam, and LGM cam, FMS Cam, any custom grind Comp Cam, etc.

Can't tell if you have an auto or M6? Gears you are running? Plans for heads down the road?

If you want max power with stock heads, look at the LG G5X3, TREX, FM13, etc etc.

If you want decent power with a smaller cam, go with the TR224 style cam, or X2, or TR230, or FM11, T1, X1, etc.

Too many cams out there, and without knowing what you are after, real hard question to answer dude.

I would go with a G5X2 114lsa or a similar cam in that size, you will upgrade from a 224 cam down the road for sure, so don't waste the money, there are better cams out now that make gobs of power. I had/have a 224/228, .581/.588, 112lsa cam that I swapped out for the X3, never looking back, this new cam is loads better and make much more power than the old one. You'll love the X2 in an A4 car, it's just right in my opinion, I want to get one for my wifes car ('00 NBM TA A4), but we need other things first, like a stall, long tubes, intake, etc before we can get any benefit from the cam.

I have a few more pics
