Cam for 408ci?

Cam for 408ci? New to the LS building world but owned them for a while. Looking for input on the cam with a goal of 650 fwhp and tq. Distant future will be to add a procharger. I believe the below setup will be around 11:1 CR. It will be on 93 oct.

TSP 408ci lower kit with Mahle -4cc flat tops
PRC 255 cc heads
Holley Hi-Ram 105mm
What cam?

It will be going in a C10. It will be mostly on the street with a few track days.
I'm planning on a 1 7/8 long tube headers, 3 in exhaust, Magnum T-56, and holley EFI setup. Undecided on the gears... suggestions?
