Default 5.3 not running right! Any Ideas?

So I blew up my th350 a few months ago so i decided to put in a t400 because I am going turbo soon. While i was doing the swap I also put in some deka 80lb injectors in for the same reason! I backed off the ve table and have it idleing around 12 afr but the motor keeps getting a lean surge and the rpms surging between 400 and 1100 rpm. Even when I hold the motor at 2500 rpm it still surges lean. I figure It is probably the intake gasket because it has been on and off that car several times but I am not sure. never seen a vacume leak cause suck a dramatic problem. The motor is a 5.3 with ls3 cam running on microsquirt ecu.

Well I messed with the tune and it seemed to help a lot, but still surging. I am going to change the intake gasket in Thursday and see what happens!

When you change injectors, don't touch the VE table.
Change the injector data until the air/fuel is accurate based on your current VE.

That is how its done. Changing the VE table can have lots of negative side effects.
If you put in the correct injector data, you shouldn't have to touch the VE table at all.
