Default Adjustable Timing Chains?

I have a lq9 and am looking at the cloyes timing chain/gear sets and they have 3 keyway, 9 keyway, or the hex-adjust, all with the c5r chain. Im reading the hex adjust doesn't work well with high pressure springs and big cams. My combo will be stock bottom end with boost. What do you think is best for this type of combo?

Ive read it in many different threads, they say that the best way to go is the quick adjust but i dont think they make that for newer ls motors. I guess the 3 bolts on the hex round out or break and the cam gears move. Its not a bad piece, but a bad piece for higher hp motors I'm guessing
