Will my cam lope?

Will my cam have a lumpy idle? I got the part #SUMLSGT101 it's going into a 5.3

Yeah, you'll hear a mild lope. I have a 233 on a 112 LSA in a 5.7 and it lopes nice at 800-900 rpm idle, smooths out by about 1300 rpm.

I have this exact same cam in my ls1. Has a fairly mild lope. Should be an excellent cam for a 5.3l. Makes good power everywhere.

Your tuner can use that under and over spark timing and make it sound much bigger.

Yes it will lope. For reference look up vids on a 228r on a 112. Should sound identical

Yep. 4 degrees of overlap will lope... especially in a 5.3L.
