Ive got a used cam that measures 250/256 @ .050 and .624 lift. It is on a 115+4 lsa. It is Crane grind # HR-250/367. It was reported to have fit with plenty of clearance on an 04 stock head and bottom corvette. Is it going to be risky on my 01 LS1 that I have ptv issues?

 

Vinci High Performance in FL used to deal with a lot of Crane cams and products (not sure if they still do or not). You might try contacting Roger to see if he is familiar with this cam and the clearances. Not sure if anyone here will say yes or no unless they have measurements. What were the PTV values of the previous owner? Did he measure them?
