Default Billet mains, o ringed block, and main girdle for boosted engine?

Say for a boosted 6.0 iron block, complete forged internals, arp head/ main studs and pinned main caps. Making 1000-1300fwhp. 18-26 pounds of boost.
At these power levels, at what point (if any) would you find it necessary to:
Upgrade the mains to a set of billet mains?
O-ring the block?
Put a main girdle on?

At that power level, I'd get an aftermarket block. I've seen a lot of the stock blocks crack between the cylinders after 1000whp.

Would it matter if the block was filled with hard blok?

Default Billet Mains

Hi, you will need Steel Billet Main Caps with ARP.
I would Sonic the block bores FIRST.
No Girdle.

I would use China head studs as they will MATCH the Steel/AL head BETTER than ARP.
I would use Felpro 1041 HG
I would use the GM 58x Crankshaft Target Wheel.
I would fit my IGN-1A coil.
I would fit a .990" pin with DLC.
I would set the Valve Spring SEAT Pressure@200
I would fit a Solid Roller.
I would Groove the Rod toward the piston, the slots on both sides of the rod.
I would fit an Avon Gear, single, Timing Chain with Dampener.
I would fit Autolite 3912x NASCAR Race Spark plugs.
I would "over" balance 2%
I would use a Ti-Nitrate STEEL Top Ring.

What about everyones opinions on putting orings around the cylinders on the block/ head? think just a good gasket is enough?

At that power you are more worried about lifting the head. An o-ring won't help too much. Many are on a 6 bolt block at that point.

The LSX block is more closed than the normal GM blocks. It or another aftermarket really are the way to go above 1000whp.
