4.8 ls help So I just picked up a 4.8 off a 2002 Silverado. I need help/ advice on what I should swap (heads, cam, springs, intake). Would it be possible to gain up to 500hp on just oem parts? N/a power for now.

4.8 are best for boost. If you want big N/A power, get something else.
Since the only OEM engine that made 500hp N/A was the LS7, I'm going to say that you can't use OEM parts to get to 500 hp on a 4.8.

We need more information on your setup and goals. What is the 4.8 going in? Curb Weight, transmission type, rear-end gearing? These are the most important factors to consider when modifying your engine.
