Need help figuring out what this camshaft is. It came out of a 6.0, I think lq4 (dish pistons, pressed rods, 317 heads) I have ran the numbers multiple times and can not pull anything up on it. there are no markings front or back other 9or6 on the rear. And 2 sets of numbers stamped along the shaft. 131A202 and 2702 with a date stamp above it.

Can anyone help.
