ID this sound?

ID this sound? Can anyone ID this sound? Is it the lifters?
The motor is freshly built with about 10 hours on it and only a couple of miles. It didn't make this sound when I first installed it. Oil level is good. Is it dangerous to run the motor like this? I am not driving it at this time but may need to pull the vehicle in and out of the garage at time which would mean less than 1 min run time just to move the vehicle.
I have very limited time to do much right out with work so if it is just piston slap or normal noise from forged pistons I would like to know. Any thoughts?
