yellow depostis on the coolant stick

yellow depostis on the coolant stick This is second time I notice this - when I pull the the stick to check coolant level there's a lot of light yellow-brown deposits on it. The liquid itself is clear with a pink tint. Is this normal? If not, what does it mean?

I saw same year fbody today he did not have anything like this. What is going on with my coolant?
Could this be rust from somewhere?
