Default Any Input?

I have a strange noise that I am lost at what it is and it is bugging me... I have a 98 ws6 with 46k miles and while inside driving the car (hard to hear from outside) theres is a strange sound that sounds like it is coming from directly behind by center console from the engine somewhere, not really a metal on metal grinding or a clacking ticking but more of a sucking or blowing type spinning sound it is hard to describe.. Also, the car has lost some power and does not feel as responsive as it was before I started hearing this.. Any input on this or if anyone has had a similar issue please let me know

Got a video of the noise? ANd a vacuum leak could cause a loss in power. You have unmetered air entering the motor and the computer doesn't know how to react to it.
