Default Lq4 rebuild

Hey guys this is my first post on here so ihope i can get some help
I have a 2002 lq4 on nissan patrol, use extreme offroading

i have one piston rod craking so i am planing to do a complete rebuild

camshaft bearing needs areplace
1- iwill change one piston complete with rod
2- iwll be using aset of sealed power rod and cranck bearing /0.30 bore
3- hastings piston rings standard
4- standard camshaft bearing

​​​​​​i can get hold of 6.2 set of heads
my threat
1- do i have to change tye oil pumb
2-.0.30 cranck bore is it OK
3- if i use the 6.2 head set what hp do i gain
note i have to use the rebuild brand names mentioned above as its the one and only i found in the market
would this rebuild work with two foots on gas padel ( sand dune)

your help is much appreciated
