I was wondering what the proper ring gap would be for a street strip car I have a 6.0 bored .030 over

This is what wiseco recommends and what I went with

better to be too loose that too tight.......

It depends on the usage and the piston material. Forced induction, big shot-small shot, NA, forged or hypereutectic, use the manufacturer's recommendation. Don't forget to debur the points if you file fit them in. About .004-.005 per inch of bore on top and about .0055 per inch on bore on the second.

Alright thanks for the link I will go by that and they are forged pistons and will be a na motor for the time being
