Default LS1 Cam Total Lift?

I have the .500 lift cam that came in the 99-00 LS1s, my question is is this total lift or before rocker ratio? After calculating in the rocker ratio it gives me a total lift of .850 Is this correct?

Lobe lift should be around 0.294". The 0.500" is after multiplication by the 1.7 (nominal) rocker ratio.

Almost any time you see a lift spec on a cam, it is at the valve with stock rockers. Lift at the cam will be specified that way. Only in the most radical HUGE-inch engines will you ever see valve lifts in the .850 neighborhood, if ever.
