LS1 rotated upside down on an engine stand

I have my engine mounted on a stand, and decided to start cleaning it up today. I cleaned up the top, then rotated the engine upside down on the stand to clean up the underside. What I hadn't don't beforehand is drain the oil.

After cleaning up the underside for about 2 hours, I realized there was oil coming out of the air intake. As soon as I noticed it, I rotated it back upright.

I realize I shouldn't have done what I did. Trying to find out if I caused any damage by doing this.

Any recommendation on things I should do to make this right? I wasn't originally planning on opening the engine up...was just planning on cleaning it, but wondering if I'm going to need to open it up now.

Put it upright, drain oil, turn it upside down, pull spark plugs to drain cylinders, reinstall engine in car, fill with oil and coolant, and you're good to go.
