Default C1 cam

I ordered the "hammer" cam yesterday, and luckily its in stock so will be here soon... I ordered some 918 springs and hardened pushrods from thunderracing also. I however did NOT get the titanium retainers, is this that big of a deal?

the specs are 222/222 .566/.566 112lsa for those of you who aren't familiar with tha "hammer"

also ordered some FLPs to go along with it, wouldn't want this cam to try and lope along through the stock manifolds

anyone care to guesstimate HP gains from the combo of C1 and FLP longtubes?

right now i have direct-flo lid, smooth bellow, SY3500 verter, cutout, oh ya its an A4. tuning will be in my near future since i can already tell parking and idling will be a b*tch without it, lol

Not a C1 but close. I picked up 46 hp after tuning with a 222/222 .563/.563 112 Comp cam. I am still using the stock retainers.
