do a compression test a.s.a.p. just to make sure since the oil just showed up all of a sudden. a buddy's car started the same thing. eating oil through the intake like crazy and it has 205-210 across all of the cylinders, except #7. it has 10.
i started tearing it apart last night, and the motor should hopefully be out here in a few hours. i'm putting my money on missing a chunk of piston from detonation if it's that bad. the blowby of the compression is actually pumping the oil up through the intake.

i just bought a used 02 ls1, while i was taking off the transmission the motor leaned forward and oil started dripping out of the throttle body. Should this be cause for concern? and should i turn over the engine with the spark plugs out to clean the oil out the engine?

Oil appears to be getting in my intake through the line coming off the top of the pass valve cover. What would cause this and how can I fix it?

My car was doing the samething as CLARKSLS1SS I had a chunk of my piston on #5 missing. I was hauling *** and the car started to smoke I did a compression test on all. 1,3, and 5 were not in the 10% and pulled the motor and found some of the piston on #5 going. This blows
