Ms3 cam and stock 243 heads
hey guy I just wanted to know if I should be okay with keeping the my 243 heads and just upgrading the valve spring and keeping the stock rocker arms for my ms3 ?
Another question I am getting the car dyno tuned this weekend and I wanted to know around how much you guys think I will dyno, my mods are fast102 mm intake, 102 throttle body, ms3 cam, 243 heads, pacesetter longtubes headers, slp lid, off road y pipe with slp exhuast, 4l80e swap with a 4k stall from yank performances, and any guess what my quarter mile time would be I got nitto nt05rs in the back (315/35/17)

I would definetly do a trunnion upgrade on the rockers. I did the straub bushing trunnion upgrade. cheap insurance to keep needle bearings out of your motor.
my guess on power would be 435hp 400tq

Yeah, you'll be fine with the stock heads. I run a polluter v2 with stock 243's, BTR springs, and the COMP trunion upgrade. Trunion upgrade is cheap insurance, needle bearing failure is common on these motors especially with higher spring pressures.
I'm gonna say 400whp
