Wondering if anybody can give me some advice on a boo boo I done, I ported my lm7 heads but instead of leaving the exhaust floor straight across I ported it completely round like the gasket. Did I ruin these or will they still work ok? Just a mild build with a cam and ls6 lifters, thanks.

 

They should work, just won't flow as efficiently as a proper port job.

 

What he said. My head guy explained it like pinching a water hose more or less.

 

You can raise the roof , but don't lower the floor !
