Default pumping oil thru a non running engine?

short story is motor has been sitting since 2009. looked at what i can with an endoscope and everything looks good. but...

how would someone pump oil thru a non running engine (like an accusump) so you can turn the motor over with a drill to pre lube everything before restarting.

i lubed the cylinders and turned over with a drill for 10-20 secs but dont wanna toast a bearing.

i have a few ideals how to pressurizer the oil but where would the input be?

You put a threaded fitting in one of those oil galley plugs and pressurize a tank of oil with air behind it. It'll pre lube everything. I think I saw agearhead4life on youtube do a vid on this. Its very simple.

Get the fitting that screws into the front of the engine. Then go to Home Depot and buy a $9 sprayer that you would use to spray trees etc. Cut the little spray end off, connect it to your fitting, and pump it up. I would send you mine but the shipping is more than it would cost you to make it. The gauge read 20 psi using that sprayer.
