Ok,i dont have an ls1 but i was hoping someone could help me out, ive got a 1984 Firebird with a '77 350 out of a c10 pickup, thats .30 over when i bought it. Recently the cam lobe on cyl #5 's intake valve went,and that valve isnt doing much of anyting right now,and its sneezing out the carb. But i dont know anything about buying a cam, my mods to the motor are as follows, .30 over,Performer intake,headers,stock carb (750 quadrajet). Now while i have the motor apart i have a set of fuelie heads off of a 400 sbc,i wanted to put those on and a set of roller rockers. I was looking at summit racings line of cams,becuase im kinda low on money,I'm open to any suggestions if anyone has input on my situation, cuz the bird needs to get back out on the road!
