hot cam questions

hot cam questions I have heard of people that love the hot cam, and really hate it. So, i was wondering what the hps would be with this kit:
The SDPC Hot Cam Kit includes the GM Hot Cam Kit (219/228 dur @ 0.050 and 0.525/0.525 lift) with valve springs, Rollmaster double roller timing set, Crane roller rocker arm kit with pushrods and guide plates plus all necessary gaskets and seals and a new balancer bolt.

well if you read that some people hate it and some people love it what kind of answer are you looking for 
the hot cam is around from the LT1 days, thats enough for me not to install one

your better off with a 224 112 and stock rockers.
