Default Compression Ratio Question???

Looking for question concerning CR. I am in the process of freshening up my current engine and was thinking about upping my compression a little. Current engine is a forged 408 with a set of TFS CNC ported cathedral port 235 heads. Car is a street/track car that does see a touch of the laughing gas. I am currently running on 93 pump gas and will continue to run on 93. I have a dedicated fuel cell that I run c16 in when I spray it if that matters. I'm wanting to know what is a safe all around CR to stay within.

Thanks,
Bama99Z

I am currently about 11:5 or just a touch higher on my old setup but was wanting a little more if I could et it without causing any issues.

11.5:1 is a pretty good number...your tuner won't have to play many games to keep it out of detonation.

You could go 12, 12.5. It matters more on your camshaft and what your dynamic compression ratio is.
