Fitting solid roller & tie bar lifters. Building a ls2 6.0 liter with a solid roller cam using tie bar Crane lifters. Is there any oil mods necessary to run these as it will be a club circuit car spinning to around 7500 max rpm. The motor has the DOD option drilled into the block but was never hooked up from factory. I was told that I will need to bush the lifter gallerys to block off the extra holes on the 4 cylinders but I cant understand why. Can any one shed some light on this matter, thanks.
