I actually had a brand new set of them that I got for next to nothing and sold them. Oh well. I honestly figured the vette springs were good, one of the reasons I bought the heads. I'm an idiot.

LMAO - a dog shitting peach seeds.

I might give BTR a call about that cam. Then I could sell teh LS6 cam to recoupe some money - for like 30 bucks, lol. Anybody a fan of Tick for truck cams? I've got a coupon and their "Team Tick" pricing so saves a few bucks. What do you think about this guy vs the bigger BTR?

My current motor (stock 5.3) spends a lot of time around 3 grand. With the converter and hilly highways it needs to. Not sure how a new cam, LS6 or other, would perform. But I'm wondering if the additional displacement and power of my new motor as it sits isn't going to feel much better than what I have now anyway. Also planning on SE 1 7/8 headers and three inch dump exhaust, no cats. Figured it would feel pretty healthy.

A lope would be nice though.

The car cams generally suck for 5.3 truck duty
