Default lifter oiling hole

i should have started a thread after i pulled the heads where i can ask all my questions rather than spamming ls1tech with threads.

anyway, the hole in the side of the lifter I'm assuming is for oiling. these are the morel 5315s, or drop ins. the oiling hole on these can be installed in the tray with the hole facing the intake, or facing the header. i installed them all facing the header side on both banks, because thats the side that has the oil passages in the block. is this correct?

It's consistent, but the hole can go either way so it is fine.
