Default resizing rods with arp bolts

how do you resize crack cap rods with arp bolts? bore rod end bigger? if so does anyone make bearing for this? or should i just measure rod with stock bolts and then with arp?

Yes, you hone it about .002" larger and use a corresponding bearing. Clevite and ACL make bearings for this. If you search, I'm sure you'll find the part numbers that I've posted in the dozen or so other threads where this was asked.
