Default Which heads for a 6.0 build

my 00 supercharged trans am is at the shop with 2 dead cylinders. Car has 96k on it. I told the shop to pull the engine and vortech g trim off I’m going to part it out and to build me a 6.0 They started with a fresh.30 over 6.0 block gen 4 rods arp rod bolts head studs and crankshaft studs , forged pistons. I bought a tsp bald eagle boost cam . The car will be n/a for this summer maybe a 100 wet shot. I dropped off a fast 90intake n Tb and set of stock 243 heads told him to send them out to Katech for porting , now I’m thinking should I go with a set of rhs or dart pro 1s or trickflow 220s I’m hoping to make 450ish Rwhp n/a

If you have the money while the engine is being built and you want to hit 450rwhp, then I would pick up a set of TFS or AFR heads. Ported 243's are still a decent choice if you are going to save or spend the money elsewhere.

^ What he said. We made the same power on an LQ9 with 243s and a custom cam.
