Head stud lengths for 5.3 block

Head stud lengths for 5.3 block I had a an ls1 block which was worn out so decided to go iron block 5.3 bored out to 3.090 which our old head studs are to short and I don't know how come.
the old ls6 block from 2001 had equal length studs apart from the outer 2 .which are to short for the new iron block which is 2004 on I think.
Which I think should have the same length bolts
please help

They shouldnt be too short....if anything the newer motor has ALL short ones. Every 04 Ive done has the long/short combo despite what the internet says.
