Cheap cam? What’s needed to run this cam?

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you do know what a camshaft is and that you are actually asking if those springs will work. If your cam has less than 0.625" lift then the PAC 1219 springs will work with stock hardware. You'll also need to get yourself a set of chromemoly pushrods. Stock length for the pushrods is 7.4". Lastly you'll need to get a new crank dampener bolt as the stock one is TTY and should be tossed after removal. Some people opt to get a new timing cover and water pump gaskets, but you can reuse the old ones if they are in good condition. Don't forget to add a dab of RTV to the bottom corners of the timing cover where they meet the oil pan when reinstalling it.
