Sounds like something in the intake track or coolant system is loose/rattling. Did you make any changes in either of those?

Update :
Last night I started pulling one rocker at a time and starting it and listening for the chirp, I got to #4 exhaust and tried 3 different timed and neither me nor my wife could here the noise, so today I pulled the head fully expecting to see a pitted lifter roller but did not, I actually see nothing out of place at all, now I m really stumped!

Carefully check the roller bearings in the ends of the lifters for wear and play. Same with the rocker trunion bearings, also be sure none of the push rods are bent rubbing the cylinder head.

This points to that rocker arm not getting oil.

Were all the rockers oiling? When you check the lifter roller bearings check if any of the axles are worn. Also inspect the valve spring etc

All of the lifter rollers seem fine/tight, pushrods are all straight, rockers seem fine, they are oiling, when I pulled the lifter guides out all of the lifters stayed in the motor, i dont see any cracks or anything but Im going to replace them along with the lifters, and all of the gaskets etc.. that have come off to this point since im already in there, if the noise is still there when it gets back together I will atleast know what it is NOT

Inspect the lifters carefully, they may look fine but if any have worn axles or bearings they will make noise. Same for the rocker bearings.

Check the head too, valve guide etc. Worn or damaged valve stem -guide could make noise.
