4.8 cam with lope help

4.8 cam with lope help 03 Tahoe, 4.8. getting long tubes now. Want to lope. Don't want a new converter but fine with getting new springs. Pretty simple I hope but need suggestions on the cam and a good tuner for all of this. TIA
