You have cell B15 (piston deck clearance [positive is below the deck]) at 0.007, and cell B5 (compressed gasket thickness) at 0.052 and cell B21 Quench at 0.045. The quench should be 0.052+0.007=0.059; if the piston was -0.007 (above the deck) then the quench is 0.052+(-0.007)=0.045.

If piston deck clearance is above deck is that number typically expressed as a "+" rather than "-" ?

- is up out of the hole
+ is down in the hole

You'll also be able to tell this by using your own tool and verifying that all calculations come out correct. Triple check everything before posting it up.
