Default Another cam thread....

Would like to get some experienced opinions. Looking at either the TSP stage 3 low lift cam and the Elgin 1838-p cam. The duration at .50 is similar, the max lift on the Elgin cam is .010" more. Curious how each performs if anyone has had experience with them. Going in a 5.3 lm7 with fabbed intake, 102mm TB, and shorty headers.

Elgin stats: Valve Lift .560/.560
Advertised Duration 285/292
Duration At .050" Lift 216/220

TSP Stage 3 low lift stats: Valve Lift .550/.550
Advertised Duration ???/???
Duration At .050" Lift 216/220

I'd go with the TSP; it's a superior quality finish, and it will be easy on the valvetrain.
