How much can a LS1 crank be turned.

How much can a LS1 crank be turned. Had a rod bearing turn on number 6. All other journals come out at 2.099 the one that turned came up at 2.045. This thing is beyond repair isn’t it? Most I’ve seen is .030 turned.
