Head Gasket help!

Head Gasket help!
Well hell... <-- can I say that?
Now on top of everything else, looks like I have blown head gasket. I already plan on pulling the engine, replacing the oil pan with a 302-3, cutting out the mounts and installing the motor correctly. Relocating the PS and alternator, basically correcting all the crap the previous owner did wrong. I have been suspecting a head gasket issue, now I'm convinced.
The engine supposedly was built in 8/2018 and has like 1000 miles on it, the receipt says they surfaced the heads and block, so not sure whats up. Assuming I get in there and it only has a head gasket issue, what parts should be replaced vs reused? Do I just need to replace the head bolts? Lifters, push rods, everything else can be reused? I'll admit it, this is a big job for me, but I have no problem taking stuff apart and reassembling, I just don't know all the details. Will I need to adjust the rocker arms, or can I just bolt it all back together?
Any other suggestions or advise is really appreciated! Really, I have the tools, space, and ability, just don't know the details.

If it’s own type head bolts, they are torque to yield, ie, one time use.
They are cheap so there is no need to skimp out here.
I would be concerned with a hg failure this soon. When you get the heads off, make sure all the ring lands are ok.
As for replacement gaskets, you can use ls3 or ls9, your choice.

Tell us what it’s doing to make you believe it’s a head gasket issue. What’s the scoop? Nice car sir!
