862 vs 806 stock heads I have a 4.8 with Low miles and I have a ls1 that needs sum work but has good 806 head and my 4.8 has 862 head and wanted to figure out if the 806 head on the 4.8 would be better then the 862 heads
Physically they will bolt up and mechanically they will work, but You will Lose power.
The combustion chamber is larger and will lower compression ratio. You will likely lose a little port velocity on that smaller bore application.
