Default Ls cylinder "problem"

Is there a such thing as any one cylinder in an LS engine being the one that runs LEANER than the rest ? Meaning the one to watch for when tuning for performance. If so which one and why. Thank You.

#7 "typically" runs leaner, its due to the intake design i believe.

Just guessing, but I'd bet that happens more with LS1 or LS2 manifolds than with an LS6.
