,just got my LS6 springs per Amazon and they just came in a sealed bag with no part# or ID ,is this how they typically come,,thanks

Not when you get them from GM. They will test like the GM spring though.

from GM, Each Spring comes packaged individually in a bag with the part number printed on it. Which come inside a sealed box with a GM label on it.

Those are purchased in bulk and resold as you have shown.

If you search Ebay with that part number there is a seller that shows how they come. He is selling individual springs. seller id xxxcadillacxxx

Can't post a link due to multiple Vendors on this site that do actually sell that part number.

I have access to a valve spring pressure tester ,guess its a good idea to test them regardless anyway,,,thanks

Thought the LS6 would be yellow like the LS2?

They all speced out on my buddy's valve spring tester and I see no complaints in the reviews ...so i guess il run them..

  • 1.250'' @ 295 lbs. pressure
  • 1.800'' installed height @ 90 lbs. pressure
