Default Urgent help needed!!!!

I bought a 4" K1 crankshaft from another member and due to a poor box/wrapping, the 24 tooth ring bents but was replaced in a machine shop. Right now I'm planning to use a 58 teeth ring and my question is: if I make some marks in the crank with the present 24 teeth ring, using those marks I can place the 58 teeth in the same place and that will be ok? Timing will be right?
