Default r&r main cap side bolts?

Can I remove and replace the main cap side bolts without messing up anything? The bearings were installed by the machine shop and I want to check and make sure that sealer was used on the side bolts, or maybe just replace them with new ones. The service manual says to replace them. Engine is out of the car, so it's easy at this point.

I think you'll be fine reusing them. The four inside cap bolts are the ones doing most of the work.

The side bolts aren't TTY so you will be fine.

Yes you can remove them, the main caps won't move since they still have the 4 bolts holding the cap.

I do it all the time on GM v6 engines that use side main bolts. Those engines are notorious for oil pan leaks so I have pulled a ton of them without issue.
