What cam is this in my 4.8?

Can someone identify this cam in my 4.8? Is it stock? Numbers read 23:348 ; 31602

Look at the back of the cam and search the top 4 digits

I was hoping to not have to take it out but I will resume breaking it down tomorrow. I think the guy said he put a cam in it.

Nothing on front or back of cam, instead the numbers and letters are engraved on the cam itself. The other numbers read 323A3 and 23:34B. 315(0 or Q) 2
