Help calculating DCR

Does this seem right? The calculator shows that my DCR is 9.74:1 Seems like most LS1s are in the mid 8s. Not sure if this is right or im doing something wrong here.

Use the intake close spec for your cam @ 0.006 Not the # @ 0.050 like you are doing, that's why it is giving you such a high number

That's cam motion. Add 27 degrees to your 050 IVC. Use 45 to make it easy. Use 72 for your 006. Will be close enough.
