Default 5.3L LSA help

Hi folks I'm looking for some help with a foreseeable problem I may have in my future. Im rebuilding a 5.3L L33 all aluminum HO. I have had the block fully machined and bored to 3.810. Ready to begin assembly. Already bought take off LSA supercharger, summit LS pro forged pistons, cam kit etc. Plan was to use my 799 cathedral port heads with the adapter plates and now have read that I may have trouble tuning due to fuel pooling or something like that. So now I want to sell the 799s and use rectangle port heads but of course now learned that none will fit my small bore. So what am I to do? Can I have my 799s machined in any way to help alleviate the problem? Does anyone have experience with this situation? Any help is very appreciated. Thanks

ALL rectangle port heads must have minimum 4.00" bore. Cathedral is your head.

You can purchase small bore LS3 heads. They will be aftermarket obviously. I believe Mast and PRC make a set? I’ve never heard of the fuel pooling your speaking of, but I really don’t follow forced induction builds as much as I should.

pretty sure this used the 243/799 head. as far as I know this car is still going strong. No pooling ever spoke of.
