Lq9 vacuum problem
Connect the intake manifold port that has vacuum to the driver side valve cover. The correct port that goes to the driver side valve cover has vacuum with the engine running.
Connect the passenger side valve cover to the intake tube or to the port right by the throttle body or on the throttle depending which setup you have. The right port for the passenger valve cover will have no vacuum at it with the engine running.
The goal is to get vacuum from the intake manifold to the driver side valve cover and fresh filtered air to the passenger valve cover. Fresh filtered air can come from the intake tube, or the throttle bod and some intake manifolds like truck manifolds have a port for fresh air that is right behind the throttle body and passes through the throttle body. It looks like you have that kind of throttle body on it (3 bolt) However it probably won't work since it also looks like you have an adapter plate on the throttle body and the LS2 intake should not have a port right there. So most likely the only fresh air source you will have on your setup is hooking to the intake tube
